Be comfortable, whether you are walking, or sitting down. Relax your muscles in your feet, your legs, thighs, abdomen, chest, throat, face, forehead, arms.
Closing your eyes gently, begin to focus on your breath.
Calling in all our guides, take three light breaths.
Breathe in light, breathe out worry, fear, anxiety, discomfort
Breathe in light, breathe out light
Breathe in light, breathe out love.
We are on one of the most fascinating journeys of our lives. A journey towards Gaia, the essence of planet Earth.
We are in a circle, with our brothers and sisters. Look to your right.. to your left…ahead..behind..: you are surrounded by those whom you love. We are journeying together through time and space. We are connected through heart and mind. Together, with the speed of thought, we move as one.
Looking around you, you see hundreds of orbs, glowing and twinkling like stars. You are seeing the pure essence of the people who are near and dear to you. They are seeing your pure essence, glowing and sparkling.
The song of Gaia fills us her arms reach out , and we know we have arrived.
You are looking at two glowing spheres The moon, slowly circling the earth, one face towards the sun, and the earth, both travelling around the sun.
Sense the connection of moon and earth, invisible, strong. You feel the connection as closely as holding your loved one’s hand. It is a connection that endures through time and space.
Then you begin to float down. Your eyes are drawn to the earth. A beautiful blue-green sphere. She is shining with an inner glow.
As you go closer, all together, you are in the earth’s atmosphere, and you begin to breathe
Coming closer, you see the forests in shades of green, the land in shades of rich brown, and the waters in shades of blue, aquamarine, and turquoise. Closer still, you begin to sense Gaia with your human senses. What do you hear? What do you feel? What do you see, smell?

You see people and animals, in different shades of color, you hear the symphony of the different notes of their words, roars, and sounds, you smell the fragrance of flowers and matter.
Breathing in deeply of the fresh, cool air, you float into the canopy of a tall tree. You are still light, and the branches and leaves of the tree reach out to help you settle on them.
Then you begin to float down the tree, going through the river of sap within the tree. As you float down, you begin to cloak your essence. You put on the cloak of a history, a personality, a name, emotions, brain, physical body, skin, clothes.
Looking around at your companions, you now sense each other as you look and sound on earth, as people of different colors, looks, voices.
Still together, you have reached the ground. Each of you begins to beam loving light from your heart, to all those who are near you. Each of you accepts the loving light and then sends it towards everyone and everything near you.
The light ripples outward, till the entire earth and all living and nonliving beings have received and passed it on.
Feel the energy going around our circle. It comes into your heart and goes out from the heart.
This is Gaia: It is love, it is connection, and it is now.
At 9:09 in the morning or evening, set aside a minute or more to send your highest vibration into Gaia.
Slowly, begin to move your fingers and toes, bring your attention to the place where you are, and when you are ready, open your eyes.
Turn your head around the space where you are right now.
All you see, all you hear, all you touch, all you feel, all you smell, all that you sense and know and imagine, is Gaia.
Ram Dass reminds us: We are all affecting the world every moment, whether we mean to or not. Our actions and states of mind matter, because we are so deeply interconnected with one another.
Today, as you go about your day, take the feeling of this inter-connection with you, and beam it to all whom you meet.

Gaia, What are you sensing?
Mother Earth is witness to all of us. Within her are the remains of our ancestors – buried, burned, or washed in her waters. In her aura is the presence of our descendants. In her elements, minerals, crystals are the records of our life. We touch the Earth everyday. Let every moment we walk on her remind us that like the Buddha and Christ before us, we are touching her and she is witnessing us.
