Pray… Pray… Pray… Gaia needs your prayers.Just pray with total surrender,in complete faith. And that prayer collectively done –at least 1,000 or 1,500 people, done at the same time, will generate the positive healing energy for all of us.Not asking for anyone special, not even for the betterment of general life.Nothing…
Just surrender and praying.
According to most theistic religions, self-effort is essential for the beginners, while self-surrender is practiced by the advanced spiritual aspirants. Self-surrender is considered to be the highest state in spiritual life.
Swami Chetanananda, `They Lived With God’
In stressing the virtue of surrender, we ought not to ignore the place and value of prayer and affirmation. The ideal surrender…is based on perfect spiritual understanding of, and attunement to, the will of God. Such a devotee knows when and how to resist his problems and when to resign himself to suffer them.
Daya Ma, `Only Love’
… for the more we struggle to be true, the more we discover our falsity. Is it merciful of Your light to bring us, inexorably, to despair?
No — it is not to despair that You bring me but to humility. For true humility is in a way, a very real despair: despair of myself, in order that I may hope entirely in You.
“Faith, a gift from God, is one of the most powerful forces governing our universe, just as the unseen power of gravity works to pull all things down, the unseen power of faith works to lift all things up.”
Gene Griffin Producer
It is wise to strive to do God’s will in everything because that is the way to peace of mind and happiness. If you deeply ponder it you will see that this is a colossal thought. A vast cosmos of the different forces of nature is tied together by God’s directing power. Everything works in mutual harmony with the Divine plan. We are part of the universal scheme–just as important as the sun, and the moon, and the stars. We have to do our part, we must play the role that is assigned to us by the Divine, not what we want to play. When you use your own willfulness in opposition to the will of God, you will spoil this drama. You do not contribute your share to fulfill the great plan of this universe. Why not say. “Let me do what God wants me to do”. I think you will be much happier, much more peaceful, much better off.
(Paramahansa Yogananda, `The Divine Romance’)
When I write I give to the earth, which for me is everything, a little of what belongs to the earth. In that sense, writing for me is to die a little, to anticipate a definitive return to the earth.
